Team Phoenix is a small, semi-autonomous company within the Protectors of the Plot Continuum. It's comprised of canonicas who either die or would not be missed. They still take orders from the SO, though, and receive an assassin's pay (i.e., none).
Members of Team Phoenix can make other canonicals Honorary Phoenixes, though this is Strictly Not Encouraged.
